And the body is high luster gloss black celluloid. I have it a nice carnauba wax polish. Chrome metal mesh bellow straps. Respectable feedback from seasoned forum moderators suggest it is late 1930’s to 1940’s vintage. Leather straps are strong and have been cleaned and treated with conditioner.
