Yamaha U1 Upright Piano High Gloss Black Case. Owned by professional pianist for past 20 years. Tuned annually and regularly maintained by fully qualified technician. Serial number is H 2460731, meaning it was manufactured in China in 1977/78. In very good condition. All keys, hammers and pins in full working order and excellent condition. The case has some light superficial surface scratches, but there are no cracks, chips, fading or dents to any part of the case. Edge of one leg lightly rubbed (see photo). A really superior instrument which has been properly maintained. It has a beautiful tone, with the bright upper register for which Yamah pianos are known, and a deep, rich bass. Triple foot pedals, including quiet practice pedal. Piano stool not included. A lovely instrument that will give many more years of pleasure to its new owner.
