The accordion & case pictured and in the description is the. Accordion & case that you will be purchasing. Pictured here we have a really great find in piano accordions. This beauty is a Sonart by De Luca Model S. 493 Full Sized Piano Accordion in Black. Comes with the Case shown which is lined with a rich blue interior. This accordion was made in Italy and is loaded! This accordion features 11 treble shifts- Mute On, Piccolo, Violin, Clarinet, Oboe, Bandon, Organ, Musette, Accord, Bassoon, and Mute Off. Has 3 bass shifts and is a 120 bass. Keyboard measures approx 18 & 3/4. Has master palm switch. We opened up the accordion so you could have a look at the reed blocks. As you can see, the inside is super clean. Leathers look nice and straight and the keys all work like they should. Bellos are nice and tight and we did not detect any wheezing. We were just playing it! The shoulder straps are deluxe Italian Made (harness style) and are in like-new condition. The bass strap is in like new condition as well. Back pad is also in like new condition. We don’t know what exactly was done- but you can tell that this one was serviced/cleaned/checked over. They paid top dollar for this on in Jersey. Was properly stored and there are no musty smells in the accordion or case. The interior of the case has an area where the lining needs to be reglued to the case- but no rips or tears. Please review those photos and see zoom in. As this is a used piece- we do not list this accordion as being perfect. It has some minor play wear as to be expected- but nothing shocking- nothing out of the ordinary. Really looks great and plays nicely. May need some adjustments/”tweeking”/tuning to bring it back to full spec- depending on your preference. Our description is as accurate and honest as we could possibly post.
