Good/fair condition overall with the main wear being on the outside of the finish on the bellows, one key sticking up slightly higher than the others, the bottom left button is depressed and does not return to original position, and some minor damage to the dust webbing on the back holes. After a quick play test it appears to sound fine and the bellows, while showing some wear cosmetically, seem to move fine.
